Is HoreX billed monthly or annually?

HoreX plans are priced as monthly equivalents but billed annually. This keeps onboarding, support and implementation predictable for restaurant teams.

Can I add modules later?

Yes. Restaurants can start with Starter or Operations and add delivery, online ordering, branded app, CRM, HR, finance, API or other modules later.

Is onboarding included?

Each plan has an onboarding scope. Larger migrations, custom integrations, menu cleanup and historical data imports can be quoted separately.

Are WhatsApp, payment or map usage fees included?

No. Third-party usage fees such as WhatsApp conversations, payment processing, maps/geocoding or delivery aggregator charges are billed separately or passed through from the provider.
