2. Services

HoreX provides restaurant management software including POS, inventory, delivery, and customer communication tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and complying with applicable laws.

4. Messaging Services

When using WhatsApp integration, you agree to Meta's terms and will only send messages to customers who have consented to receive them.

5. Limitation of Liability

HoreX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
