Include the approximate request time, your restaurant name and the report or record you were trying to open. If available, include the request reference shown in HoreX. Describe the problem without sending passwords, access tokens, bank details or full customer conversations.
Connect your restaurant
Sign in to HoreX when ChatGPT asks you to connect, then choose the organization you want to use. The organization must have the integration enabled and your account must have permission to use ChatGPT. Your existing report, module and branch permissions continue to apply.
If your organization is unavailable, ask its administrator to check Integrations → ChatGPT and your access. Availability is currently limited to enabled organizations. An installed plugin alone does not enable access to restaurant data.
Enter your HoreX password only on the HoreX sign-in page. Never paste it into a ChatGPT conversation.
Understand AI Credit usage
Each successful new business-data request uses 1 HoreX AI Credit. Connection checks, the capability catalog and failed requests are free. One question can require several data requests, especially when comparing periods or investigating a result. Credits and usage are managed inside HoreX.
Check an incomplete or missing answer
Check the period, branch and source named in the answer. Finance invoices and Catering documents are separate sources. POS sales, recorded food cost and accounting P&L can also use different reporting bases.
The connection only returns data available under your permissions. A missing integration, unrecorded event or incomplete summary is a coverage gap, not proof that the amount or number of issues is zero. Send support the specific question and the missing source so we can investigate.
Open the source in HoreX
Use the source link returned with an answer to inspect the report or record and its selected context. Sign in to HoreX with an account that can access that source. If a link opens the wrong report, include the question and the affected link in your support request.
Review proposed actions
Horex AI can prepare a Team task proposal from an analysis. Review the proposal and confirm task creation in HoreX. The connection does not directly change invoices, stock, recipes or payments, or send marketing broadcasts.
Manage the connection and your data
Manage the connection through ChatGPT and through Integrations → ChatGPT in HoreX. Permission changes continue to control which sources are accessible.
Requested restaurant records and selected Inbox excerpts may be returned to ChatGPT. HoreX records bounded request and result details for diagnostics and quality review; it does not receive the full ChatGPT conversation or its private reasoning.
